OUMM Now Good day Everyone,
Our next scheduled breakfast will be held on October 21st in the CLC. Bret did the cooking for the last breakfast and we all ate well. We had a guest speaker Mr. Leonard Albert who will be the featured speaker at the Men's Confernece next month. Special thanks to all who came out early to help cook and with set up. We will not be having a Men's breakfast in September because of the Men's Conference that weekend. If you have not made plans to go I ask that you prayerfully consider this event, details are noted below.

August 15-16th - The Hosten Men's Conference was held at the Sevierville Events Center. A few of the men went to this and came away with many good stories. Our own Bob Lockaby was one of the featured speakers.
OUMC UMM MEN’S CONFERENCE and CALLING ALL MEN! Sign up today for the men’s conference, “Success That Matters”, September 19 and 20, 2008. Learn about true success at work, at home, and in your walk with God. Pre-registration is available at a reduced cost. Friday night’s session offers: µ Registration at 6 p.m. µ Light snack supper and fellowship µ A leadership class as a bonus session and is available to all interested participants. Saturday’s session includes: µ Continental breakfast at 7:30 a.m. µ Registration µ Praise music µ Class sessions µ Lunch – Bar-B-Q provided µ Class sessions µ Praise and worship concluding Registration: $20 by 8/25/08 and $25 thereafter. Chad Malone has organized a golf outing for October the 4th . Cost will be $36 and includes golf, cart rental and lunch. Tee times will start at 1:00 and he has reserved 52 tee spots for us. Contact Chad Malone at 280-1602 or 396-2281 to sign up.
